Return Policy

Returns

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns on sale items, lingerie, socks, any customised items, or change of mind.
 

Exchanges

If you are returning an item for exchange/refund, please be aware that you are responsible for return postage costs. It is highly recommendedt to have any returns sent with tracked shipping to ensure there are no issues. 
If your item(s) arrived damaged, or is the incorrect size/item, please send photo proof along with your order number by filling in the form below ♡ 
For online shopping, please consider there may be a color difference between real life and what you see through the screen. If you are unsure about a color, please feel free to contact us for clarity. As a general note, the pinks used in our items are real pink and not orange/peach - as is so common online!

 

Refunds

At this stage, there are no refunds on orders due to change of mind/wrong size etc. Orders will only be refunded if there is a fault/damage in the item that was sent. 
Please check and ask any questions about sizing, as return postage is the buyers responsibility to cover.
