Return Policy

Returning an item
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you can return your item for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. We cannot accept returns on sale items, lingerie, socks, any customised items, or change of mind.

Refunds and exchanges
Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of arriving back to us. Please be aware it can take up to 5 days for the funds to arrive back into your original payment method. 

If you are returning an item for exchange/refund, please be aware that you are responsible for return postage costs. We highly recommend having any returns sent with tracked shipping to ensure there are no issues. 

If your item(s) arrived damaged, or is the incorrect size/item, please send us photo proof along with your order number by filling in the form below ♡ 

For online shopping, please consider there may be a color difference between real life and what you see through the screen. If you are unsure about a color, please feel free to contact us for clarity. As a general note, the pinks we feature in our items are real pink and not orange/peach - as is so common online!
