Refunds
As we are a tiny handmade shop, we cannot currently offer refunds for change of mind. If your item(s) arrived damaged, or is the incorrect size/item to what you ordered, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Please send photo proof along with your order number via email to info@bydollette.com
Exchanges
Exchanges are available if the size you ordered isn't quite right. If you are returning an item for exchange, please be aware that you are responsible for return postage costs. It is highly recommendedy to have any returns sent with tracked shipping to ensure there are no issues.
Returns must be sent within 7 days of the order arriving. Once they have been retuned to us, pelase allow to 1-3 business days for your return/exchange to process. Refunds can take up to 5 business days for the funds to re-enter your account.
