Refund policy

As we are a tiny handmade shop, we cannot currently offer refunds for change of mind. 

If your item(s) arrived damaged, or is the incorrect size/item to what you ordered, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Please send photo proof along with your order number via email to info@bydollette.com
